Windows 10: How do I set the default graphics card for EVERY APPLICATION with windows settings?

I have a laptop with an integrated AMD cpu with radeon graphics and a dedicated nvidia gtx 1650 but I would rather only have the integrated graphics be used when I set it to, for example: OBS, however windows automatically sets the GPU used to be integrated rather than dedicated, even though I have specified in nvidia control panel to use dedicated graphics.

How to set what set which graphics card an application will use on Windows 10 desktop

I have a Windows 10 desktop computer with three Nvidia graphics cards. All Quadros. Applications/games default to using the slower Nvidia card (it happens to show up first in the list in the Nvidia Control panel and needs to be set as Windows primary card/monitor).

Is there any way (Nvidia setting, Windows setting, utility program, etc) to control which graphics card an application uses?

This is a work provided PC and I can't swap the slots that cards are installed in and it doesn't have the April 2018 Windows 10 update yet. It is not a laptop so does not have the Nvidia Optimus settings that many people mention in forums.

There is a possibility that the application you're trying to download is not compatible with the hardware that you have. We suggest that you check the system requirements of the chat application, then see if your device is capable of running the it.

To check the Graphics card information on your device, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + R.
• On the Run box, type msinfo32 then hit Enter key.

Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
