Windows 10: How do I set up my apple earbuds With my computer and phone

I'm trying to set up my Apple earbuds to work with my computer and my phone but I can't get my computer to recognize them on Bluetooth. does anybody have any ideas?

I just got a brand new ASUS ZenBook Pro today, and I am trying to use a pair of apple earbuds that I know work. Every time I plug them in, however, they don't work and I can't hear any sound. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix the problem without
buying new earbuds?

I use some pretty good apple earbuds and never had a problem with them until I got this new computer, now there's two places to plug it into, so i plug it into the 2nd one, sound. Aaaaand the mic on my earbuds is apparently useless. Do I really have to
go buy something else to be able to hear things and speak? If so, what should I get?

• Did you check by connecting different earphones to Computer? Will it work fine?
• Do you get any error message when you connect apple earbuds?

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted or outdated sound drivers. I suggest you to try the methods below and check if this helps.

Method1:

Run Built-in Audio Troubleshooter

* Press Windows Key then type ‘troubleshoot’ and hit Enter

* Select “View all” on the left panel and run “Playing Audio” troubleshooter from the list and see if it works.

* Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Apply repair automatically”. Also ensure to select
Run as administrator.

* Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Method 2:

Try updating the driver and check if it helps:

a) Open run command by pressing Windows key + R and type “devmgmt.msc” (without quotes) and hit Enter.

b) Spot and expand the “Audio inputs and outputs”.

c). Right click on the “High Definition Audio Device” and select “Update Driver Software”. Once this is done, restart the computer to check the problem fixed. If it doesn't fix the issue, then try to Uninstall
the driver by Right clicking on the same
High Definition Audio Device driver, then restart the system and let the system install the driver automatically on Start.
