    On sign-in options, I have tried to sign in with fingerprint recognition, however, it does not let me set up fully. I can still press "Get Started" and "Making sure it's you" but it loads endlessly after that. When I try to move the cursor, the loading stops but does not take me to another site. My fingerprint sensor works just fine.1. This was the image in settings before doing anything.2. This pops up after pressing the "Set up" button below.3. This happens after clicking "Get Started" on the previous one.4. After typing my password, it loads like this and seems to never stop. Thu

    One possible cause why you're unable to setup fingerprint due to wrong configuration settings. To address your issue, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
    • Did you get any error messages when you tried to setup your fingerprint recognition?

    My PIN and fingerprint recognition are not working after an update. The computer won't let me set them up or amend them. Downloaded fingerprint drivers but no joy. Any suggestions how to get them back?

    My laptop got a fingerprint scanner, but I can't use it to sign in. This is what it says in the settings: "There is no fingerprint scanner that is compatible with the Windows Hello fingerprint recognition." What can I do?
