Windows 10: How do I set up my laptop as it's own screen when having dual monitors?

I'm trying to connect my laptop as a third screen, but it's not giving me that option. On the display menu, it shows on monitor as 2, and the other as 13. One screen has it's own 2, but the other monitor shares the screen with my laptop 13. What I'm trying to do it set my system up that allows each monitor to have it's own use and the laptop as a third screen. My laptop isn't giving me this option. My question is, how would I be able to set up my system that allows me to have my laptop as a third screen rather than sharing my laptop screen with another monitor?

Dual monitors will not work

I downloaded Windows 10 version 1903 and now my Dual monitors will not work with laptop monitor.

I have disabled the display adapter - AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics and I then can get my dual monitors working BUT there is a black screen on my laptop.

It will not detect the laptop screen.

I would like to have all three so I can choose.

Any suggestions??

Usually, you will receive an error when connecting external monitor when the cable is not connected properly. I would suggest you to follow the suggestions mentioned in the article

Dual monitors

I have Two monitors, my laptop is in front of me, the second is to the left of the laptop. the problem I have is that when I want to move the cursor to the left monitor screen, it stops at the left side of the laptop monitor and won't go further, but when
I move the cursor to the right side of the laptop, it moves past the right side of the screen and appears on to the left monitor screen. this is obviously opposite of the direction I need the cursor to moving and is frustrating as times. I need a suggestion
to solve this dilemma. I don't see a solution in the manual. Thank You
