Windows 10: How Do I Setup Wayback Proxy in windows xp VirtualBox???

so, there's this thing called wayback proxy it allows you to search up websites from the 90s 2000s or 2010s So I went to the wayback proxy GitHub website and I saw Tutorials on how to set it up but I'm still confused on how to set up wayback proxy can someone explain to me how to set this thing up on windows that would be very helpful.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

windows xp ran on VirtualBox

i have windows xp installed on VirtualBox and it has&hasn't got internet access it will download updates but it will NOT go online using internet explorer that came with the xp install. can anyone help?
