Windows 10: How do I shift my windows to a different disk?

I have Asus Tuf FX505DT with windows 11 Installed. My laptop came with windows 10 and I installed windows 11 recently. I had 512 GB SSD with my laptop and I installed 1 TB internal HDD after buying the laptop. Currently, I have dual booted my device with Ubuntu 22.04 as my second OS. My disk layout currently is:Windows on SSD.Approx 500 GB HDD assigned as windows partition.Another 500 GB HDD is where Ubuntu is installed.I would like to move my ubuntu to ssd and windows to where my ubuntu is because I rarely use windows nowadays and ubuntu is very slow on HDD. So, is this shift possible? I have

Intel Speed Shift Technology Skylake

You just need a Skylake CPU and ThrottleStop, once turned on speed shift you can exit the software as unclewebb said above.

 

W7 Hard drive partition issue

to get rid of that 100 meg windows partition that setup creates for you on a new install on a blank hdd:

- press shift+f10 when on the partition management screen in setup <-- this opens a command prompt
- diskpart <-- start the windows command line partition management tool
- list disk <--- list the installed hdds in this computer for the next step
- select disk 0 <- might have to replace 0 with the number of the correct disk
- clean <-- this will erase all data on the disk you selected one step up- dont use the wrong disk!
- create partition primary <- creates a primary partition taking up all space on the drive, adjust the command if necessary
- exit, exit to exit diskpart and the command prompt
- click refresh in partition manager and select your newly created partition and install to that

 

What should I have as backup-a RECOVERY disk or a REPAIR disk? Are these the same or different?

Got the free upgrade to Windows 10 and I need to start making some kind of a Repair/Recovery disk.

Are these the same thing? Are they different?

Can someone list the steps needed to make this/ these disk (s)?
