Windows 10: HOW DO I SHUT OFF ANY AND ALL FORMS OF SIGNING IN ?

I have absolutely no use for any form of "signing in" . It is a completely pointless process that does absolutelynothing but get in the way , slow me down and is an annoyance . Judging from other posts I am not alone .Yet I do not see microsoft doing anything about it ?Is it possible to put an end to this needless and stupid process ? I understand it may be of value in a family setting .Not all of us live in that sort of arrangement ! ONE SIZE WILL NEVER FIT ALL !

I don't want to log off. That takes several more steps. I want to shut down. It use to have a list of things to hit but somehow change to sign off or lock. I want the shut down to reappear.
