Windows 10: How do I sign-in if no longer having access to an e-mail?

Hi, all.I got a personal laptop a few years back and set it up using my school e-mail. The e-mail has since been disabled and my password forgotten.I am unable to sign-in to the laptop aside from a secondary user but it is not having admin privileges.I tried receiving a verification code via text but none ends up coming through thinking maybe it's because my phone is setup with another account. Any suggestions on this?

Windows e-mail contacts

I switched from outlook to windows e-mail app. My contacts have all been synced but contact lists or groups no longer exist. If I go back to outlooklive.com and sign in the contact lists are still there, but there is no way to make them work on an e-mail
to that group.

 

e-mails

I am using 365 on my Win10 desktop. I also have an Apple iPad and iPhone. using AOL.

At one point, If I had deleted an e-mail on my desktop it would be automatically deleted from the two Apple products when I signed on to them. That is no longer happening. Any suggestion how to fix this.

 

Can no longer access my o2 e-mail account

Upgraded to Windows 10 and could no longer use Outlook so switched to using Windows Live Mail, which let me access e-mails from both my accounts - an o2.co.uk one and a live.co.uk one.

Message from Microsoft says LiveMail update needed to continue using it - downloaded and installed but doesn't work.

Now have to use Mail app which only lets me access my live.co.uk e-mails, via Outlook, which doesn't let me add my o2.co.uk account - says it isn't recognised. Only way I can access my o2.co.uk e-mails is via o2 webmail.

What's going on, Microsoft?
