Windows 10: How do i sign in to my new pc without having internet

I just made my account on my pc, so when i offed the pc and on ed it the next day it doesnt show the put password or put in pin option it, its shows an option that says "sign in" when i normally click it, it makes me put in my mircosoft password but i lost my internet adapter and i wanna sign in to it because i can do some offline internet things.i just wanna know how to sign in without having internet

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try Disconnecting from the Internet

  If there is a Wi-Fi icon on the sign-in screen, click it and go to Airplane mode.
  
• 
  If there is a wired connection, disconnect the wire.
  

Step 2

Try to sign-in on another device (phone or PC) via the account.microsoft.com page.

If the sign-in is unsuccessful, then try to reset the password and check.

If sign-in is successful there, don’t try resetting/changing the password, try using the On-Screen Keyboard to sign in on the PC.

If that fails, make sure the PC is connected to the Internet (the connection icon should be visible in the lower right).

  When you say “While adding my Microsoft account to my pc” do you mean while trying to create a new Microsoft account?
  
• 
  Do you see this behavior on other apps as well?
  

For now I would suggest you to run Internet connections troubleshooter.



Refer the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “View All”
  
• 
  Select “Internet Connections”
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
