Windows 10: How do I sign in with my Microsoft account to continues app experiences....?

When I tried to sign in. It asks me to sign in with an account I don't recognize. "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is not my email and I don't know whose email it is! So, how do I change it to my email?

Can't sign to Microsoft account

For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you try to change the privacy settings of your computer. You may refer to the steps below:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Privacy.
• Turn off Let apps on my other devices open apps and continue experiences on this device and
  Let apps on my other devices use Bluetooth to open apps and continue experiences on this device.

After changing the privacy settings of your computer, check if the issue remains.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
