Windows 10: How do I sign into a surface pro 9 that’s already connected to my microsoft account without...

I recently purchased a surface pro 9 and set it up where I added my Microsoft account. After moving into a new place, I tried using my new surface but it’s making me sign into my Microsoft account. However, I can’t actually sign in as I’m not connected to wifi, but for me to connect to the internet at my new place, it requires me to connect via a pop up browser. Without being signed in, I can’t access the pop up browser to connect to wifi, and without wifi, I can’t sign in.

I've tried all of your suggested steps but when signing in still always get the message:

"That password is incorrect. Make sure you are using the password for your Microsoft Account. You can always reset it at account.live.com/password/reset".

I can log into Windows (10) with no problem once signed in.

A slight concern I have is that the sign-in screen displays my MS email address and requires me to enter my MS password. I work freelance and have to use the Surface Pro in public places a lot... this is probably paranoia but it would be possible to pick
up both just from watching me sign in (though you'd have to really want to, obviously).

Thanks for your comments anyway... I'd appreciate other suggestions if you have any.
