Windows 10: How do I sign into my account without windows hello because i never set up windows hello?

So basically my microsoft account got messed up cause i was messing with it, so i made a new Gmail, and used that to make a new microsoft account. The problem is, im trying to sign into it on microsoft store or as my windows account and it simply just gives me a prompt to put in a code that would be emailed then it makes me put in a pin for windows hello which i have never made. What can i do to just sign into my account without having microsoft hello to prevent me from doing anything.
