Windows 10: How do I simultaneously play 2 Audio files in Windows voice recorder?

Im doing a music project for school and have all my files in Windows voice recorder but I can't overlay them please help

How to fix: Voice Recorder plays back some MPEG-4 Audio, but not others?

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
2. Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

I've tried to recreate the issue and somehow the recorded audio files becomes corrupted, that's why you're getting an error when trying to play it via Windows Media Player. Upon further testing, when saving the recorded audio file especially if it's a long
recording and if the process of saving the audio file got interrupted for let us say the Voice Recorder got closed/crashed the audio files becomes corrupted.

Also, the type of file being used by the Voice Recorder is .M4A.

You may also notice that the Value for Album artist, Year, Length, and Bit rate is blank for the corrupted audio file. Kindly refer to the screen below:





Meanwhile, I'd recommend following the steps in this article to troubleshoot issues with apps from
Microsoft Store.

Voice recorder plays back comically fast in Windows 10

I have just bought a new Lenovo desk-top computer with Windows 10 installed.

I have tried to use the Voice Recorder App and it picks up my voice from a "Creative" external mike I transferred from my old computer and creates a voice file.

When I try and play back the file, it plays it at a much higher speed so the voice is higher pitched and comical.

I have already tried updating the audio drivers from the web without any change to the playback and have as a last resort installed the generic audio driver that comes with Windows. [Here’s how: in
Device Manager, right-click (or tap and hold) your audio driver >
Update driver software… > Browse my computer for driver software
> Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
High Definition Audio Device, select Next, and follow the instructions to install it.]

The voice recording still plays back comically fast.

Now losing patience

Any suggestions?
