Windows 10: How do i skip the "What needs your attention" screen

I am trying to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on a computer with an incompatible internet driver, I cannot disable this driver because i have to use it for Anydesk, how can i just skip the screen and then reinstall the network driver when windows 10 is installed.

Skipping Windows Welcome Screen.

When I initially installed Windows, it used to skip the welcome screen and login. Now after many updates, drivers, etc... it goes to welcome screen. I have no password and only one account. This is for my HTPC, and I really want to right away load MCE, but this thing is the only hitch I have. I looked through user's in control panel, but there is no option to skip. How do you skip the Welcome Screen?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
