Windows 10: How do I solve missing drive D?

So after i dropped off my pc to a local shop to install a new motherboard and GPU, after a few days, the technician toldme that my pc is now available for pickup and he sent screenshots of a few softwares that we're running after i asked him to installinstalled in drive D em. Just when i got my pc and returned home, when i turn it on, it says "location is not available" the drive d. I then checked in device manager and i can see that my drive d is detected from the pc and i tried re plugging my sata cable and still my drive d doesn't appear from the file manager folder. Have you observed this issue in BIOS? If not, I would suggest so. I suspect the issue is more on the hardware side, by checking to see if D drive is also missing in BIOS can help confirm that.
