Windows 10: How do i solve my cmd not working/opening?

So, due to some settings my cmd stopped working and it is not working or rather it is not opening. Now when I try to run cmd it shows error. It shows like a missing file.Sorry imange upload error!

Solved

Solved! or fixed! or whatever! I was able to absorb the extra space in a 3-step process:

1. resize the System Reserved partition to use the space after it
2. reboot
3. stretch the M: data partition to absorb the space after it using the EXTEND -- not RESIZE -- command

System rebooted and working normally. THX all.

Please follow the below steps and check if that helps:

• Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  • Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  • Click File > Run New Task
  • Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  • Type CMD
• Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannow
