Windows 10: How do I solve the Event 411 Kernel-Pnp problem?

My pc has connecting problems ever since 06/07/2023, the internet went down during late hours but returned to normal, however after that while streaming a video or playing an online game its disconnects or buffers for a minute or two and returns back to normal. I went on device manager to see if the network adapter had any updates or any hardware changes and there were none, everything is up to date. Then I went on event viewer, and that's where it showed me that I had error 411. Solutions that I have tried that have not worked: - performing a clean boot - running SFC & DISM - disabling

I have the latest driver updates but almost a year now I my gpu doesn't work while I gaming or even open programs only my cpu. any help about this error? does effect my fps, can I solve it ? i open the minidump but was empty
