Windows 10: How do I solve this, critical death error loop?

Things I’ve tried:- Reinstalling windows says “Windows Installation has failed.” or something along those lines- System restore says i need to start the drive in protection mode or something, i’ll check again soon- Repairing files via system cmd says it repaired files and to reboot, but when i do, nothing changes- Automatically repairing- Resetting my PC says there was a problem doing soAnd more im probably missing

Windows 10 Start Menu Critical Error

Hi - I have an infinite loop critical error going on with our new Windows 10 install. I've done everything the Microsoft engineer here said to do: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...t/521e592a-052b-4721-85b8-fb0e5bd60d43?auth=1

With a result of a huge list of "deployment failed" things listed now in the DOS CMD prompt. The first three steps worked, but the get APP-X part failed, big time. What can I do next aside from wait? We cannot access the programs on our computer -- or at
least the less tech-savvy people in the house are not able to, with great angst and sorrow, unfortunately.
