Windows 10: How do I solve this issue with the Link to Windows app?

I'm having some problems with my phone, and it keeps referring me to an app called "Link to Windows." In partocular, I'm unable to open any audio files because my phone believes I'm trying to share them to my PC instead. It's telling me to look for either a PIN or a code on my PC on the website: www.aka.ms/phonelink. The problem is that I don't even have a PC, and I haven't downloaded or updated anything to cause this change Normally I'd be able to open the files and simply listen without issue. If I ever wanted to share a file, I'd have to hold on to it, and the option would share to app

New install Windows 10 (issue solved)

you can edit the title to say "issue solved", or "fixed " with the 'thread tools' option,under 'edit title' at the top right of the OP, so other who dont read all the posts dont keep posting suggestions *Wink
