Windows 10: how do I speak to a human regarding my family safety account. There is fraudelent activity...

There is a non family member attached to my family safety account under my childs telephone number whom I do not know. Her name is Laura Covella. I would like my family safety account deleted so she is not associated with my family safety app and then I can re install the family safety app again to protect my child. Please call me at 561-337 0542 as my son can not use his laptop until this is fixed.Alan Rapaport

Family Safety, More Time Email and Activity Report

Thanks for the update on the current status of your concern and for providing the additional details we requested. Regarding the settings that you need to change in family safety, we suggest that if your email account is designated as an adult in family
safety to first remove your account then re-add it with the necessary notification settings for the child account. Doing this steps will refresh your email account and will also refresh the notifications that are supposed to be sent to your email.

Family Safety - add device to child profile

Since this is the case and you have ensured the settings are correctly setup in family Safety, we suggest that you sign in using your main account and remove you child's account from Family Safety list. (Refer to the image below for reference.)





After completing the steps, attempt to use the email address of your child to login to the computer and see if the same error message still shows up. If the error no longer shows up, we suggest that you attempt to add the account back then to Family safety.

• Have you tried to log out or restart from the child's computer and logging in to the computer?
• Are you able to see the child account in the Family Safety settings after removing it?

I suggest you to refer to the steps below to remove the child account from the family safety account and also turn on
Activity reporting.
