    How do I speak to someone when the account recovery bot isn't accepting my recovery form...


    Hello. I had a hotmail account and I was locked out of it because I did the wrong password too many times. When I finally found the password it was too late and I subsequently cannot access it. It is linked to my old mobile number so I cannot recover it that way. I have submitted 6 forms to recover via the microsoft recovery but the automated system will not accept my answers. Is there a way to speak to someone to help resolve this situation. My laptop is connected to outlook so unfortunately I cannot even access my laptop at all now. Please help! Rebecca

    Hello Dave,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

    Unfortunately as mentioned on the recovery support link too if the recovery form is not able to help in getting the account access there is no other way to do so.

    You will not be able to gain access to the account or delete it.
