    How do I speak with an agent? It won't allow me to speak with an agent. I need help now.


    I've done a recent update and I have a screen flickering problem. I've scanned to make sure there is no other updates and all drivers are up to date. I want to speak to an online agent as they have fixed this problem before, but can't remember how they did it. All trouble shooting tips online are not solving the flickering issue. I spoke to a representative online yesterday and they did not solve the issue, after a reboot to the system from original state.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open the Get Hep app in Windows, then type 'Speak to an Agent' at the prompt

    At the bottom of the app click 'Contact Support'

    Set Product and services to Windows, and set Category to Technical Support

    Click 'Chat with a Support Agent in a Web browser'

    That should get you in contact with them
