Windows 10: How do I speed up my slow computer?

My Samsung laptop has been slowing down for a few months now I know I probably need to do some cleanup and I have more trust in the community than YouTube to do it right no hurry but can use some help!

Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

• Outdated network adapter driver
• Different Wi-Fi chipset
• Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).
