    How do I stop a Windows 11 cumulative update causing my system to continually restart.


    2024-07 cumulative update for windows 11 version 23h2 for x64-based systems kb5040442 causes ongoing restarts to install the update never installs. how do i stop this.

    Monthly Windows updates restart multiple times and cause the SCCM task sequence to stop

    Our task sequence install Windows 11 22H2 and several application and all is working just fine.

    However, we have a problem when it comes to the Windows Install Update step.

    It findes, download and install several updates, like the "2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5029263)" BUT it restart the computer several times, which cause the Task Sequence to exit and not complete the final steps.

    How can this be fixed? It's very annoying

    System menus in some applications even in windows component are unreadable due to small font after restart

    after several restarts fonts are back in original size

    Could this be caused by failed installation of?

    How do I stop a Windows 11 cumulative update causing my system to continually restart.

    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

    Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
