Windows 10: how do i stop auto uploading to any cloud?

no matter what i trn off my files insist on uploading to my one drive foilder and then my cloud. my questens are many but. i will ask here.1 how do i stop the auto upload when its already turned off. 2 how can i sync my passwords and my bookmarkls and not any thing else thats all i want on cloud. and how do i set my auto save to any folder but the one drive . and lastly i never set up a locked or persoanl vault so why do i have files in my personal vault i cant get to and i didnt put anything inthere period. i dont use cloud . i dont like the public profiles and i dont like paying for

Thx for good answer and GREAT advice. makes sense. Mine just stopped auto and manual uploading .

I did hard reset not before making sure everything was backed up on cloud(had all appropriate check-marks in backup settings), I thought. However nothing texts email accounts, list of apps got backed up. Fortunately I still have the photos I saved on Skydrive
but everything else got wiped clean

Hope they get in fixed soon and thx again for an answer that makes sense

 

Video uploading not working to the Cloud

I am trying to upload a short 2-minute video to the cloud and it is taking forever. I have tried twice already and I keep getting the spinning icon. Any suggestions on how to help this?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
