Windows 10: How do I stop Bing from hijacking all my searches from the Chrome search bar?

I've read until my eyes hurt but nothing seems to solve the problem. I've run CCleaner, Malwarebytes and Defender - all say I'm clean. I've searched for apps that may have been installed without my knowledge - the last one was months ago and this is a new problem about a week and a half or two weeks old. I've been working around it by going to Google.com first but that's such a pain in the rear! I've also made sure Google is my default web browser and search engine. Nothing seems to work to get rid of it. I even installed a program that says it's supposed to stop that from happening bu

Searching with the Bing Search bar

When I enter a search in the Bing search bar on the screen of my desk top computer, the search comes on the minimized window, but will not open in Maximized view. What caused this and how can it be fixed to open the window on the screen instead of the
bottom task bar on the computer?

I don't think it is hijacked, it only shows the Bing search bar in a new Tab page (which happened before to a lot of people after some Windows Updates). Also, the link you gave recommends me to install software and change registry keys.

I have hidden the top sites with a black bordered box using Paint just for privacy reasons, in case you thought this isn't normal.
