Windows 10: How do I stop Clip Champ from "thinking" another app is using my camera?

Clip Champ won't stop using my camera. When I try to record, I get a notice saying another application is using the camera. When I go to settings, it says Clip Champ is currently using the camera. When I log out of Clip Champ, "Settings" still shows the app is using the camera. It's as if the app is opened twice, but it's not. The above screen shot is taken AFTER I logged out of the app. And the message in the below screen shot doesn't make sense because the above screen shot shows I have a camera required for the feature and the system settings shows Clip Champ is using the camera.

Microsoft Clip Champ not Exporting

Clip champ isn't exporting... its stuck-on zero percent? Does anyone know how to fix this... please help!!

 

How to selectively delete audio from in a Clip Champ edit

My 2nd ever use of Clip Champ...

My short (10 second!) video has the natural sounds of geese calling while flying overhead. Somehow, a loud music track has been added to it (Not my choice). I've tried to follow the Clip Champ removal guidance, without success: I'm stuck with this unwanted, unchosen music. Help please?
