I want to know How to get rid of Cloudflare from my PC as I did not ask it to be there in the first place

I do not have a website, but CF is interfering with my use of my PC.

Whether Cloudflare has been installed or not on my PC is not the point, when I am using Windows 10 to

access some websites CloudFlare is preventing me from doing so on the pretext is keeping me safe.

It isn't, but it is violating my right to communicate to other people and to receive communications from others,

which is a breach of my human rights.

Therefore, tell me how to get Cloudflare taken down off my Windows 10
