Windows 10: how do I stop desk checking at startup on Windows 10?

Every time I turn on my Dell desktop, I get a Fixing H: message and the fix starts running but after 26 hours it shows there is only 28 percent complete and 55 more hours to run.

Method 3: Place the computer in Clean Boot and then install the updates
