Hi, there! I recently ran into a problem that has really been affecting the reliability on my computer. I have a Windows 11 laptop PC with Nvidia RTX graphics cards, Intel graphics cards, and an I9 processor. I have only 145GB left on my PC out of 980GB, I'm a gamer, but this was happening even when I had 400GB left. After looking at my reliability panel, I noticed every few minutes I get a crash report from file explorer and the file explorer.exe. When I use file explorer, everything works fine. It's an .exe right? Explorer probably read its icon (to a cache) when it was a "small" file and now call the quits when it finds "such a big" file.

If you want to delete it, use the console after killing explorer, you can run the console from TaskManager (Application -> New Task -> cmd). You might want to try copy the file to a different location (copy, not cut) and see if explorer can handle it in the new location before deleting it.
