Every time that I create a new folder, File Explorer creates a sub-folder in it named "Logs".I have to delete it every time.How do I stop it from creating this sub-folder?

On the left sides of folder names in the Navigation pane is a small arrow, sometimes hard to see. Clicking that arrow expands or collapses the list of subfolders.
