Windows 10: How do I stop game from freezing when making it full screen?

Hope this is the right forum -- apologies in advance if not!I have a Win 4, which is a handheld gaming PC that runs Windows 11. I've been trying to get it to run the "Tomb Raider: Chronicles" game via Steam and, when the game launches, it's in a very small window in the upper left corner.When I press the Windows button or the Win 4's optical mouse, the screen goes black and the game basically freezes but the window will expand. It plays the initial loading screen when the game first boots up but then freezes and the screen turns black.Not sure if it's a Windows issue, GPD issue the company th
