How do I stop having to change my password every 90 days?

I removed permission/work account from my personal laptop, but I still am prompted to change my password every 90 days to stay in compliance with my company's standards. I went into Access Work or School and removed my work email/account. This keeps happening still. How do I fix this? I'm so tired of changing it that often after removing the account. Any suggestions please!

    :)

    Change Password Policy

    Hi Brent,

Sorry for the delay in response.

    • Are you referring to Microsoft account password?
    • Do you want to change the password every 90 days?
    • Are you getting any prompt to change the password?

If you are referring to change the Microsoft account password, refer to the link.

  3. Lync 2010 not working after Password is changed on Windows Phone 8.10.14226.359

    Hi,

I just installed Lync 2010 app from app store.

I tried to connect to my company Lync server & it did got connected & started working perfectly fine.

Since my company has the policy for changing password every 90 days.

After 90 days when I changed my exchange server password Lync 2010 app stopped working.

No matter what I do whether restarting phone, uninstalling then reinstalling the app or combination of those steps.

I am unable to login. People have observed some similar issues like this on PC but they were able to clear cache or reinstalling their certificate.

But on Window Phone no such actions can't be taken. Please suggest what should I do to make it work again.

    Trouble Changing Wi-Fi Password

I've been following the following steps to change my Wi-Fi password for some time:

    1. Launch Control Panel.
    2. Click "Network and Internet."
    3. Click "Network and Sharing Center."
    4. Click "Wi-Fi...."
    5. Click "Wireless Properties."
    6. Click the Security tab.
    7. Check "Show characters."
    8. Enter the password in "Network security key."
Those steps have been working just fine, but today I discovered a new wrinkle. If I change the password inside the router first, "Wi-Fi..." doesn't appear in step 4. This isn't much of a problem at home, because I can just change the password in Control Panel before I change it inside the router, but it would be a problem at a public hotspot, or something of that nature. I also tested Brink's instructions in "How to Connect To a Wireless Network in Windows 10," but they don't work for me either. How can I fix this?
