Windows 10: How do I stop infinite loading of taskbar, search not working, and Windows Start button not...

Since around two weeks ago, my Windows laptop which ran perfectly before this started to have the issue of infinite loading oftaskbar, search not working, and Windows Start button on the desktop not working. If I click on the taskbar, search, or Start buttonthen it will show a momentary white screen. Then, I tried so many procedures and troubleshooted so many ways in order to solvethis problem. Turning it on and off, restarting several times, but it still wouldn't work. So far, I think pressing applications work, it'sjust that the taskbar doesn't work, search bar not working, and Windows S

Start button and search button of the taskbar not working.

My PC start and search button of the taskbar is not functioning. Whenever I clicked on start and search button, nothing happens, there is no start menu and no search dialogue box on clicking those buttons. However, when I hover on the start and search buttons,
they display 'start' and 'type here to search'. Cortana is functional for now.

My start button stopped functioning 2-3 days prior of search button stopped functioning. I tried to open start menu by pressing on windows key in keyboard but it didn't work out. However, windows key is functional when working for other short cut functions
such as windows key+ r, to open 'run' dialogue box.

Another thing is, my pc produces unusual 'beep' sound when I press windows, ctrl, alt and shift keys. This existed even before the start and search buttons stopped functioning and still persists.

Start, Search, and other Taskbar Buttons Stopped Working

Hello,

A couple of months ago, the start button on my desktop stopped working. Search, whether it be from the taskbar or file explorer, doesn't work either. Same thing with the icons at the right end of the taskbar (clock, notifications, speaker volume). Clicking on them does nothing. Usually, right-clicking on Excel or whatever brings up a list of several of the most documents I've opened or allowed me to close it. Now, nothing. When I try to launch an app (calculator, for example), it starts to launch then closes after <2 seconds. I had to change my default jpeg viewer from the stock one to a Corel viewer that I installed some time ago. Unless it's in the taskbar and it's not an app, I can't use it.

This is on my profile ONLY. The other profiles are fine.

Running Windows 10 Pro, version 21H2 Build 19044.1466

I tried a few things I found via Google, including Restarting File Explorer, Running a system scan, and a couple of things in PowerShell.

Any thoughts?
