Windows 10: How do I stop Microsoft from trying to force their spam and adware scams on me?

How do I stop my windows 11 laptop from randomly trying to force feed me garbage about windows 365 and one drive backup when I boot up my computer? I have no interest in all this extra spam dont want it dont need it and exactly why I would rather still be using windows 7

Virus in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome

Since this isn't a Tech Support Scam pop-up issue, I suggest following the adware removal steps in previous post, i.e.
Remove Adware and popup Ads for starters.

 

Stop specific e-mails going to Spam folder.

Did you actually check the junk lists and remove if found?

Try logging in there and if you can get web access check junk rules there.
