    How do I stop minimized browsers from being popped up and having tab added to them.


    Every day I start radio streams of podcasts in a Edge and minimize the browser to put it safely in background.Now when I click anything that uses a browser, Windows 10 pops to background browser up and adds a tab to it. This is absolutely maddening. When you click the X to terminate the added tab, you have to restart your stream.Honestly, I can't think of any situation when you would want to pop up a minimized instance to have a new tab added to it.Can this be turned off?
