Windows 10: How do I stop my computer from blue screening when it says undoing changes made to computer?

I shut off my computer kid windows 11 update because my screen went black, Now every time I try to boot it, it says “undoing changes made to your computer” After about 3 minutes it blue screens with the stop code “SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION” And then loops that’s cycle, I can’t seem to fix it.

Computer gives blue screen with a stop code

I'm running windows 10. There was a power outage last night. When I started my computer this morning I got a blue screen with a stop code error.

It says Stop code: Inaccessible Boot Device

My computer worked fine before I went to bed. It has tried auto repair and several other fixes. I stumbled onto a test mode that tested everything from hard drive, to cd/dvd drives, memory etc... there was a whole list of things it tested running down
the left hand of the screen. Everything tested fine except for System. It is also saying something about a time interval error. I'm away from my computer now and I am hoping for some suggestions to try once I get back home this evening. I have completed
a system restore and got the message it was successful. When the computer restarts I get the same blue screen with the came information.

Hello, i was in the middle of the windows 11 update and my power shut off. Now it says (undoing changes made to your computer) and after 10 minutes it shows a blue screen that says (your pc needs a restart we will restart it for you.) how do i fix this? i’ve tried everything.
