Windows 10: How do I stop my pc from black screening and sending me back to the pin area

Whenever booting up games such as apex legends or call of duty Cold War I will get a black screen and get sent to where I put my pin in when I try to boot either of them and for apex legends it does let me in most of the time but for Call of duty Cold War it’s a guarantee and will always black screen me

• Does black screen appear when you before user login’s or after user has logged in ?
  
• Does black screen appears when you lock your pc?

This problem occurs because of a change in the behavior of Win Logon and Logon UI. This change introduces the potential for the deadlock.

I would also suggest you to install all the updates available for the system and check if it helps.

• Type settings in the Search area on the taskbar and select Settings
• Select Update and Security.
• Click on Windows Update and select Check for Updates
