Windows 10: How do I stop my pc from rebooting due to bug checks?

Every 45 minutes or so my pc crashes and when it starts back up it says in the event viewer that it rebooted do to a bug check. I already reinstalled windows and reinstalled an older update.

Update - I am marking this thread as Solved since my computer has stopped rebooting in the middle of the night. I am not sure what the cause was or why the reboots stopped. I did uninstall and reinstall the Intel iGPU driver and have since updated the driver to v30.0.101.1994 which was released on May 14, 2022. Based on review of Event Viewer, I thought the reboots may have been caused by a Bug Check event but MrPepka suggested it was the Intel UHD 630 graphics driver. I assume he determined this by reviewing the DMP files I provided. Thank you MrPepka

I am not sure if this is the proper place to post my issue because it is a reboot, not a BSOD. I am posting here because I think my reboots are due to Event ID 1001 - Bug Check, and this seems to be the place where Bug Check related problems are posted. If this is the wrong place please let me know and I will move this post to General Support. Windows 10 21H2 Build 19044.1706 I have run the V2 log collector v1.11. It ran OK but seemed to time out at the end. There was a "Remove Item: Access to the cloud file is denied" message in red at the bottom of the text in the Command Prompt window. After the reboot I am seeing Event ID 6008 (Unexpected Shutdown), Event ID 41 (Reboot without cleanly shutting down), and Event ID 1001 (Bug Check). A MEMORY.DMP fie is generated. After last night's reboot, I also found a PoW32KWatchdog DMP file in c:\Windows\LiveKernalReports with a time stamp showing it was generated shortly after the reboot. Recent Changes - This started a few days ago, after I updated Realtek drivers for wireless LAN and Bluetooth. I rolled back these 2 driver updates yesterday but it rebooted again last night at 2:14:20 am. The other change I made before this started was updating Samsung Magician from v7.0.1.630 to v7.1.1.820. The new version would hang on drive scan so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the original v7.0.1.630. There are posts on the Samsung forum about this new version of Magician hanging then crashing so I don't think this is the problem, plus I went back to the old version anyway. Note - The computer is not going to sleep because I use a program called Don't Sleep (Don't Sleep 8.77 Prevent Shutdown, Stand By, Turn Off, Restart) to prevent this. Please let me know what other information I should provide, and if I should move this post to General Support. Many thanks in advance for help with this. Thank you.
