Windows 10: How do I stop my pc from restarting after I turn it on giving me a "driver power state...

So a few months ago I got this pc, when I first turned it on ther was nothing out of the ordinary but the second time I turned it on it gave me the "driver power state failure" an it would go into a cycle on constant restart were it just kept giving me an error an would automatically restart itself over an over until it would decide to work.It's been lik that for months. And just recently it got worse were it does its restart cycle an it decides to work when the pc is loading up after I put the pin it randomly restarts on its own within 5 minutes of starting up??? Anybody else have this issue?

Based on the details provided, the error "Driver power state failure" is due to incompatible driver. Were you able
to access your PC? If you do, we recommend that your display adapter and check if there are any changes. To update your display adapter, follow these steps:

  Right-click
  on the
  Start menu
  and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand
  Display adapters,
  right-click
  on your
  graphic driver, and choose
  Properties.
  
• 
  Under
  Driver tab, click on
  Update Driver.
  
• 
  After updating,
  restart
  your PC and monitor for any changes.
  

If the issue persists, kindly
update the driver manually
by downloading the latest driver update available in your manufacturer's website and install it.

Corrupted or damaged driver is one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. To help resolve blue screen errors, we recommend following the suggested steps in this
article.

If the issue still persists, try uninstalling the drivers on your computer. Follow the steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Double-click Network adapters and/or Display adapters.
  
• Right-click the driver, then click Properties.
  
• Go to Driver tab.
  
• Click Uninstall.
  
• Restart your computer.
