Windows 10: How do I stop my screen from flickering after a windows update

After a recent windows update, ive had issues with my screen flickering black whenever my pc is in use. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers. Ive managed to reinstall everything with no problems except one thing, the "NVIDIA - Display - 31.0.15.2756" give me an error code "0x80070103." I am not sure what I can do to fix this issue.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
