Windows 10: How do I stop my screen from flickering when I touch my touchpad/mouse?

Every time I start my laptop up and start using my mouse, it always starts flickering. It goes black and won’t stop me unless I touch my screen. it’s touchscreen To fix this problem, I have to restart my computer every time I turn it on and it’s really annoying. Is there any way I can fix this?

Windows 10 upgrade .... touch screen flickering

I just updated from Windows 8 to 10. Soon as it gets to the home screen it is flickering non stop. The mouse just sits and spins... can't access the internet, can not get to the control panel. The touch screen itself will not work to swipe to log off. Very
frustrating as I only have had this computer for three months. any suggestions.. thanks; Aj

 

New computer touch screen, mouse, touchpad do not work.

Touchpad is at Start > Settings > Accessibility > Mouse pointer and touch > Touchpad > Touchpad toggle to ON.

Or Touchpad is at Start > Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Touchpad > Touchpad toggle to ON.

Touch is at Start > Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Touch.

Go into the BIOS and enable Touch Screen there.

 

Touch screen stops working, Windows 10

It's gone again!! I was using an app with the touchscreen, when I saw the on screen symbol in the task bar flicker, it then disappeared and the touch screen stopped working.

Step one now tells me that it is applying a fix, then comes up with the message - Unknown usb device (device descriptor failed) is not working properly. Your pc must be restarted. - Restarted and went back and ran troubleshooter again, getting exactly the
same result and message.

Step 2 - The touch screen driver has now vanished from the list! (last week when the touchscreen wasn't working I tried to find the driver and couldn't - perhaps this is why!)

HELP!
