Windows 10: How do I stop or finish installing something when I don't even know what it is?

Recently, I got a PC and for some reason when I attempted to install OBS studio or anything with C++ 64x in it, it will say that something is currently installing. I do not know what hasn't finished installing and this issue has been going on for a long while. It won't tell me what the application or update is, only telling me to finish the current installation to proceed with a new one. "Another Application is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one."Please help, I am very new and don't know if I possibly did something wrong..

Thanks, have heard this before...is their a step by step procedure to OC using the bios settings you suggest.
i don’t intend pushing this to its limit...but some increase would be great, any suggestions on a good air cooler ?

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

WarRock 3D Detection don´t works

Hello Guys,

i had a problem with my Card. The card didn´t wanted to change in 3D Modus. Ok now i removed the other 2 Pins and now it runs in 3D Modus in 3DMark06 too. The Card is a HD 2900GT. But my Game WarRock don´t runs in 3D Modus. Is there a List where i can start the game in 3D Manual? Because in Automatic it don´t want start because the Card don´t see that it is an 3D Game. Can someone help me?
