Windows 10: How do I stop payments because I no longer have the device in question.

HelloI have been paying an annual fee for Microsoft but I do not have the old machine that had Word etc installed. How can I stop future payments and close the account. If possible, can I get a refund?Mark Thomson

You can add a payment method in the Store provided in your Windows phone. Refer to the following steps:

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
