Windows 10: How do I stop PC from freezing frequently?

Hello, I've been having freezing issues for months now and have tried troubleshooting certain things to see if would prevent the freezing but the problem continues. I've done SFC Scannow, updated bios, and memory test. I've continued to look in event viewer but as a new PC enthusiast it is quite hard to read and it doesn't give me much information. I've also been keeping tabs on my reliability monitor and it shows my PC's health is below 1 which is horrible but I have no idea how to fix it. Issues with pc freezing

Hi all,
I've got a problem with my pc freezing very frequently. Sometimes, it freezes up before I can even log in. When I am able to sign in I can occasionally use the computer for days without issues, other times it freezes within minutes.

When I do run into problems, the first thing I notice is that the task bar/file explorer will stop responding. If I attempt to alt tab, control alt delete, press anything on the taskbar, then my computer will stop processing inputs. If I have a video open that'll keep playing. It's just the file explorer that stops responding. I've tried just leaving it alone but eventually everything freezes. So far I've been using force restart to get the pc working again.

Here's a list of what I've already tried:
Checked hard drive and memory for errors
Ran SFC, DISM
Startup repair
Reinstalled start menu
Reinstalled windows with reset this pc

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

 

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
