    How do I stop "Real-time protection" for turning back on automatically?


    Hi, this thing is causing constant stutter for me when playing games so I always turn it off when I start up a game to avoid the stutter, the thing is it turns itself back on after a while which results in the stutter returning. I have two monitors, I had my main monitor with my game running and the other monitor had the real-time protection screen, the moment it turned itself back on the stutter started so it's 100% that causing it. Is there a way for me to turn it off and not have it turn itself back on automatically? I usually turn it back on once I finished my game but would like to stop it from turning on when I playing a game.

    I did all the step and delete the MsMpEng.exe but still it doesn't turn on Real Time Protection any suggestion please??

    Cant turn on real time protection

    when I try to turn on real time protection it says that it has been stopped by group policy.windows defender is working.how can I turn on real time protection?
