Windows 10: how do i stop school/organization from managing my account?

i've recently graduated from my middle school. however, the laptop they let me keep is still being managed by them. i dont have admin rights, im not allowed to install apps that are not vertified by the microsoft store, and when i reset it, it still forces me to log in to my old school account. ive contacted them to stop managing my laptop as they can see all my info, but they claim they cant help me as ive already left the school and is now a graduate. What do I do? I dont have a store or center to go to for support as i live in a rural town. please help.

The steps I have listed above are the only things that can cause the 'Organization' error in Windows, either awork or school account causes this, or a 3rd party anti-virus, or those commands should solve this, the only other thing I can suggest is to create a new user account in Windows and move all your data to that account.

 

Organization managing PIN after disconnecting school account

Hello-

I am running Windows 10 Home.

I am trying to change my sign-in PIN, but an organization has set PIN requirements. I have already disconnected my school account that was managing my PC and shouldn't be getting restricted by it.

So I can create another user account log in with the school Microsoft account and use the license in that school account to install office for that user account?

But will adding a school account to PC change anything? Will the organization be able to manage some settings of windows? Will it control only settings in that user account or even in my regular user account?
