Windows 10: How do I stop 'Sticky Notes' from automatically launching on Startup?

I'm talking about the official Microsoft Sticky Notes app from the Microsoft Store.The reason I want to stop the 'Sticky Notes' app from instantly opening upon turning on my PC to enter my Desktop is because sometimes the 4 actual Sticky Notes that I have to the far right side of my Desktop don't actually always open to the far right side of the Desktop. When turning on my PC and entering my Desktop - sometimes the Sticky Notes app, when launched, will move my actual 4 sticky notes to the upper far left hand corner of my Desktop which I hate because I then have to manually move each of the 4

How to disable Sticky notes automatic start?

Download install and run Auotoruns from MS (free).

It shows everything that loads on startup. If Sticky Notes is being launched directly from a startup location then the Find option in Autoruns should find it.

If it's launched somehow by something else, it won't.

If you perform a clean boot (Google or see tutorial if unsure how) does it still launch?
