Windows 10: How do I stop things I download from being seen by all of the users on the same device?

Every time I download something for example, Bluestacks, every other user on my device can see, and open it. If they uninstall it, it uninstalls for me as well. And, they can use the same account I use when they open it. I want a bit of privacy, but I don't know how to hide it from their accounts, or delete it from their accounts. Does anyone know how?Also, I have Windows 10, and I am a administrator, along with one other person.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

Step 1:Run Hardware and device troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

Step 3:I suggest you to check for the latest updates.

• Press Windows logo key +R, enter MS-settings: and then press
  OK. This opens Settings.
• In Settings, go to Update & security >
  Windows Update, and then select
  Check for updates. Install any available updates and restart your PC if required.
