    How do I stop updates permanently


    I am utterly F n sick and tired of this, I could not even shut down my laptop without being forced to install the latest update, this is totally unacceptable I had changed to WIFI to a metered connection and still this update was there.This is the final straw for me , I will be finding a way to shut these off regardless but if there is a method here I would like to know please.I will be this year moving away from Microsoft as they have total contempt for this customers , that is obvious why they way they force updates and what they are doing with Skype, there is always an opposite reaction tha
